These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PKPlus Game platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bet. By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything outlined here.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and PKPlus Game ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the platform, registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
"Platform" refers to the PKPlus Game website, mobile interface and any related services accessible at pkplusgame.org. "Account" means the registered user profile created by you to access the platform. "Balance" refers to the real-money PKR funds held in your account at any point in time. "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits awarded to your account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. "Wagering Requirement" is the number of times bonus funds must be staked across qualifying games before they become withdrawable. "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a game outcome, sports market or any other betting product available on the platform.
"PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on PKPlus Game. "Supported Payment Methods" refers to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and cards as the currently accepted deposit and withdrawal channels. This list may be updated from time to time and the current list will always be displayed on the Deposit page.
To use any real-money features of PKPlus Game, you must first register an account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.
PKPlus Game reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. Verification may include submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of address or other documentation as reasonably required. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in deposit, withdrawal or gameplay restrictions being applied to your account until the process is completed satisfactorily.
Providing false registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.
Each player is permitted exactly one account. If we identify that the same individual holds multiple accounts – whether under different names, different mobile numbers or different payment methods – all accounts associated with that individual will be permanently closed and all balances, including any winnings generated, may be voided. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact our support team immediately to resolve the situation before any enforcement action is taken.
PKPlus Game is strictly an adults-only platform. The minimum age for registration and participation is 18 years. We take underage access seriously and apply active measures to prevent minors from using the platform.
If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a registered user is under 18 years of age, that account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during the period of suspected underage use will be withheld until the investigation is complete and may be voided entirely.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household cannot access their PKPlus Game account. We strongly recommend using device-level parental controls and keeping your login credentials private and secure. If you become aware of any underage access, contact our support team immediately so appropriate action can be taken.
All deposits on PKPlus Game are processed in PKR. We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies and no currency conversion is applied. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets as displayed on the Deposit page.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the Deposit page and may be updated from time to time. VIP members may be eligible for higher deposit limits as part of their tier benefits. Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your account immediately. Raast and Bank Transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the sending institution. If a deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, contact our support team with the transaction reference number so we can investigate promptly.
PKPlus Game reserves the right to decline any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder, that triggers fraud detection systems, or that is associated with a payment method that has been flagged for suspicious activity. Declined deposit funds are returned to the originating payment method and are not held by the platform.
Only deposit amounts you are comfortable using for entertainment. We recommend setting a personal deposit limit via your account settings to help manage your gaming budget effectively.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time for the available real-money balance in your account. Bonus funds and funds subject to active wagering requirements are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete identity verification. This is a standard requirement applied to all players and is in place to protect you against unauthorised withdrawal of your funds. Verification documents must be submitted via the account section and are reviewed within one to two business days in most cases.
For security purposes, withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. If you need to withdraw to a different method, additional verification may be required. This policy exists to protect your funds against unauthorised withdrawal attempts.
Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are determined by your VIP tier level. Players on higher VIP tiers benefit from significantly higher daily withdrawal limits. Current limits are available in your account settings and on the VIP page.
PKPlus Game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, in addition to these general bonus terms.
Unless stated otherwise in an offer's specific terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the offer terms at the time the bonus is claimed. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements – typically slots contribute 100%, while table games and live casino contribute at a lower rate as specified per offer.
All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified timeframe, any remaining bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds will be removed from your account automatically. The expiry timer begins from the moment the bonus is credited to your account, not from when you first use it.
Attempting to abuse the bonus system – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using strategies specifically designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or providing false information to qualify for an offer – will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in and begun participating, we will honour any progress already made towards the promotion's requirements at the time of cancellation.
Sports betting on PKPlus Game covers cricket including PSL, T20 internationals and Test matches, football, esports including PUBG Mobile and major titles, and other sports as available on the Betting page. All bets are placed and settled in PKR.
PKPlus Game reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed once a unique bet reference number is displayed. If you do not receive a confirmation reference, the bet has not been accepted and no funds have been deducted. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, any stake returned to your account and any potential winnings associated with the affected bet will be void.
For pre-match bets, the odds accepted at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. For live in-play bets, odds may change rapidly and the odds displayed at the moment of your submission may differ from those confirmed due to market movement during processing. The confirmed odds on your bet slip are always the final odds that apply.
For all cricket betting markets, matches must complete the minimum number of overs defined per market for bets to stand. In the event of rain, bad light or abandonment, market-specific rules apply and are displayed within each market. PSL match markets are settled based on official PSL results and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments where applicable.
A bet may be voided if it was accepted in error due to an obvious pricing mistake, if the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum completion criteria are met, or if the result is subject to an official reversal by the governing body of the sport in question. Voided bet stakes are returned to your account balance.
All slot games, fish games and other gaming products available on PKPlus Game use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RNG certification ensures that each game outcome is genuinely random and independent of all previous outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is accurate and reflects the theoretical long-run return rate under standard play conditions.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error or connectivity issue that affects the integrity of a game round, PKPlus Game reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's balance. Winnings accumulated as a result of a proven software error or malfunction will not be paid and are not valid. This applies to both slot games and fish game sessions.
If you are disconnected from the platform during an active game round, the round will continue to completion according to the game's internal logic. Upon reconnecting, the outcome of the completed round will be displayed and your balance adjusted accordingly. PKPlus Game is not responsible for losses attributable to disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.
The security of your PKPlus Game account is a shared responsibility. We implement industry-standard security measures on the platform side. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own login credentials.
PKPlus Game will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the breach was caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. In cases where unauthorised access is suspected, we will freeze the account pending investigation to prevent further losses.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on PKPlus Game and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances where applicable:
PKPlus Game cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity. Accounts under investigation may be frozen with balances held pending the outcome of any official inquiry.
PKPlus Game is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. Gaming and betting are forms of entertainment and should always be approached as such – with funds set aside specifically for recreation and within personal limits that do not affect your financial wellbeing or daily responsibilities.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed. Real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.
PKPlus Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is in breach of these Terms, is associated with prohibited conduct, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. In cases of closure due to a breach, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited entirely in cases where the breach is confirmed.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months is considered dormant. PKPlus Game reserves the right to apply a small monthly administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Logging in at any time reactivates the account and stops dormancy fees from applying.
PKPlus Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect platform availability. We will notify users of scheduled maintenance in advance where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted, PKPlus Game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, data errors, delayed settlement or any other platform-side issue outside of our direct control. Our total liability to any individual player in respect of any single event shall not exceed the amount of your deposit made in connection with that event.
Nothing in these Terms limits PKPlus Game's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
PKPlus Game collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, customer support, fraud prevention and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services strictly as required to operate the platform safely and compliantly. PKPlus Game reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to an update, you may close your account before the new Terms take effect and your balance will be returned to you as per the standard withdrawal process. The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
