Enter the code to activate your account and you are ready to go. The whole process takes under three minutes.

No. Each player is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts are against our Terms and Conditions and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts. If you are having trouble accessing your existing account, use the password recovery option or contact our support team rather than creating a new account.

Go to the login page and click Forgot Password. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and a reset code will be sent via SMS. Enter the code on the next screen and you will be prompted to set a new password. Make sure your registered number is active before you start. The code expires after a few minutes so enter it promptly.

PKPlus Game is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We take this seriously and accounts found to be operated by minors will be closed immediately and any funds returned to the deposit source.

To update your registered mobile number, contact our support team directly. For security reasons, mobile number changes cannot be done self-service – our team will verify your identity before making any changes to your core account details. Have your current registered number and some account information ready when you reach out.

There is no maximum on standard deposits, though very large transfers may require additional verification for security purposes.

Go to your account dashboard and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method – JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer – enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same account linked to your registered name. Most requests are completed within 24 hours under normal conditions. Withdrawals occasionally take longer if there is a name mismatch between your PKPlus Game account and your payment wallet, if additional verification is required, or during periods of high transaction volume.
